Friends of Civic Arts Education Foundation, and independent, non-profit 501(c)3 organization, advocates and funds community Art Learning experiences for people of all ages. The Foundation ensures financial support for scholarships, quality programming and facilities for all arts disciplines.

The Friends of Civic Arts Education Foundation strongly believes that Arts Learning is essential to human development and a community's quality of life.
